For Content Submission Competition – sole winner receives a $500 Oceansouth Voucher

By submitting content (including but not limited to photos, videos, text, and captions) via this uploader, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Winner Announcement

One winner will be selected during the promotional period and awarded a $500 Oceansouth voucher in their local currency:
AUD $500 if residing in Australia or NZD $500 if residing in New Zealand. Winner details (first initial, last name, and state) will be published here after the selection date.

Promoter

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Oceansouth Australia 1-3 Urban Street Braeside 3195 and Oceansouth New Zealand 60 Hillside Road Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627.

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of Oceansouth and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

The competition begins at 11:00am AEST on 4th of August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31st of August 2025.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• 1. Follow us on Instagram.
• 2. Upload a photo or video featuring an Oceansouth product to Instagram, tag @oceansouthau or @Oceansouthnz in the post or caption;

Entries must be submitted from a public account and must be original content created by the entrant during the ompetition period.

Winner Selection

This competition is a game of skill. Entries will be judged by a panel of Oceansouth representatives based on creativity, relevance to the brand, and visual impact.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or the contact details submitted via the uploader and must confirm acceptance within 5 business days.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Oceansouth voucher, awarded as either:

• – AUD $500 if residing in Australia, or
• – NZD $500 if residing in New Zealand.

Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and will be valid for 12 months from issue.

Use of Content & License

By submitting content, entrants agree to Oceansouth’s User Generated Content Submission Terms & Conditions:

• 1. Ownership & Rights
– You confirm you are the original creator or have permission to share the content.
– Your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• 2. Review & Publication
– All content is reviewed before publication.
– Submission does not guarantee usage or visibility.
• 3. License & Usage
– You grant Oceansouth and affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content across all marketing and communication platforms (web, social media, email, print, ads, etc.).
• 4. Credit
– Oceansouth may credit you by name or handle where possible, but is not obliged to do so.
• 5. Privacy
– Any personal information provided will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

• -Only one prize will be awarded.
• -The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• -The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, contain unlawful material, or breach these Terms.
• -In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition.
