If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
All prices listed in our store include GST and a tax invoice will be provided with your order.
YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure the address you provide is complete and includes all necessary details, such as the postcode, house number, unit number, etc. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the item is returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost due to an incorrect address.
If no one is available at home during the day, we recommend providing a business address for delivery to avoid any delays with your order.
CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you change your mind about your purchase, we may offer an exchange, credit or refund under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 30 days of the purchase
- The goods are unused and in saleable condition
- You return the goods to us at your expense within 7 days of contacting us
FAULTY PRODUCT
If any products you purchase from our online store are faulty or damaged:
- Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to resolve the issue
- We offer a refund, replacement or credit for these goods if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date
- If the item needs to be returned or if photographs are required, we will provide instructions when you reach out to us
WARRANTY
- All Oceansouth products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. To make a warranty claim, please email sales@oceansouth.com.au with a dated proof of purchase and images of the damaged or faulty item.
- Please note, any modifications made by the customer to our product will void the warranty. Additionally, general wear and tear over time is not covered under the warranty.
- Oceansouth will repair or replace products or parts that are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Warranty claims resulting from improper use will not be accepted.
NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM
If your item has not arrived within the time frame outlined in our Shipping section (shipping time is calculated from the day following the notification that your item has been shipped, excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us.
Before reaching out, please ensure you have the following information ready and have completed the steps below:
- Verify your full delivery address is correct
- The purchase date of the transaction
- Check with neighbors
- Agree to return any replacement item if your original order arrives later
