Do they come with the male end press studs? 

Yes, undo the zip at the back of the cushion. There will be a zip lock bag with the matching male end press studs.

How do I install press studs?

1. Mark the position in where you want to install the press stud.
2. Drill pilot holes in the marked position.
3. Screw in press stud.

How do I know I am selecting the correct cushion?

Measure the width and length of the area you need cushioned. Match to the closest cushion above.
